CNESST/SAAQ

If you have been involved in a work accident (CNESST, formerly CSST) or a motor vehicle accident (SAAQ), our team at Urgence Physio are here to help. Physiotherapy and occupational therapy evaluations and treatments are covered under both CNESST and SAAQ.

 

Throughout your treatment journey, we will implement an interdisciplinary approach involving all members of our team to get you back to full function and health. We will be involved in your journey from the very beginning, as we will have regular contact with you, your family (if applicable), your doctor, your CNESST or SAAQ agent and your employer to provide the best condition for your rehabilitation. This level of communication between every party is vital for your rehabilitation.

SAAQ

Step 1: See a physician if you are injured from a workplace or motor vehicle accident.

 

Step 2: If you have been involved in a:

• • Workplace accident: You must fill out the Worker’s Claim form (found here).
  • Motor vehicle accident: You must fill out a SAAQ claim (found here) and then provide us (Urgence Physio) with the SAAQ claim number.

 

Step 3: If a physician has deemed it necessary to begin physiotherapy and/or occupational therapy, and you have your SAAQ claim number and a CNESST or SAAQ file has been opened for you, you can contact us to book in your first appointment and begin treatment.
